The Forget Me Not Children's Trust was set up in 1991 by a group of bereaved parents whose children had been treated at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton.

Christmas Service
The Forget Me Not Children's Trust Annual Christmas Service takes place at 5pm on Saturday December 12th 2009 in the adult outpatient department at the Marsden in Sutton. The service is followed by tea and coffee and mince pies in the dining room. This is an opportunity to get together with other bereaved families and remember our children at this special time of year.
If you would like a photograph of your child placed in the Memory book in the chapel at the Marsden please bring this with you or send it to Jacquie Palmer c/o The ClicSargent team at The Marsden.
There is also an opportunity to light a candle for your child as the service coincides with the worldwide day for remembering children who have died.
